We are sending this because you signed the petition for Randy Halprin, who is scheduled to be executed in Texas a week from Thursday (Oct 10).

Randy Halprin was denied relief by the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals on Sept 23, 2019.

Halprin’s next possible stops are the US Supreme Court and the Texas Board of Pardons & Paroles. The petition target has been updated to the Texas Board of Pardons & Paroles.

As we head into the Jewish New Year (Rosh Hashanah) and the days between the New Year and Yom Kippur, the Jewish Day of Atonement, please keep Randy, his legal team, and everyone concerned with this case in your prayers for wisdom, clarity, and mercy.
