Jewish Man Gets Execution Stay! Take action on other cases….

Big News!

On top of heroic action by many groups and individuals, thousands of concerned citizens recently signed a petition to help stop the execution of Randy Halprin. On Friday (Oct 4, 2019) a stay was issued by the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals. Mr. Halprin will *NOT* be executed on October 10, but this case is far from over. Death Penalty Action will keep you updated.
