Yesterday as we were driving toward Terre Haute, we received the call: The 7th Circuit Court of Appeals overturned the stay of execution in the Daniel Lee case. Unless the US Supreme Court intervenes, it is likely that today Lee will become the first federal prisoner executed since 2003.
