Death Penalty Action

Lost in the mix. Today and Thursday, despite COVID, fires, hurricanes, and the awful politics of the election and now the next Supreme Court nomination process, the Trump Administration is moving forward with two federal executions. Most people have no idea this is happening. It is up to all of us to shine a spotlight on these executions.

That is why Death Penalty Action is building a campaign coalition to end the federal death penalty, providing action tools for anyone wishing to do something, and TODAY, hosting a press conference at Congress this afternoon at 1pm EDT. Watch it live, or afterwards, here.

We’ll be live again at the same link starting about 5:30pm EDT, with vigils outside the prison at Terre Haute, and also at the Department of InJustice in Washington, DC.

All of this takes resources. The more we have, the more we can do. You can help.
