Every faith tradition teaches the value of forgiveness. But when someone sticks a knife in your head?

SueZann Bosler uses her powerful voice of experience to help others understand the very real healing power of forgiveness, and is a leader in the movement to end executions worldwide. SueZann is a co-founder of the Journey of Hope …From Violence to Healing and an Advisory Board Member of Death Penalty Action. You are invited to help SueZann raise her voice, here.

The Healing Power of Forgiveness, with SueZann Bosler

Columbus, OH — Oct 29 at 11:45am and/or 7pm — details below

Cincinnati, OH — Oct 30 at 6:30pm — details below

Please join us as SueZann Bosler shares her story and example of the healing power of forgiveness. SueZann witnessed her father, Rev. Billy Bosler be stabbed to death in their parsonage before she herself was stabbed and left for dead. Her faith and her father taught forgiveness, and she took that to heart — advocating that her attacker not receive the death penalty.

SueZann is in Columbus and Cincinnati this week as part of an exploratory visit to gauge interest in bringing a larger group of speakers with similar stories to Ohio early in 2019. Who do you know who schedules speakers for communities of faith and civic groups? Please invite them to come with you to share in a powerful evening about love, healing, forgiveness and justice, as well as an update on the legal system and the death penalty in Ohio.

Why? The next governor takes office with an execution less than 30 days into his term, and 23 more executions already scheduled into 2023. Join us to learn more. Our goal is to advocate for better services for *all* Ohio homicide survivors rather than the false hopes offered by the promise of an unlikely execution at some point decades in the future.
